Take 5 Oil Change

I had an excellent experience. My techs were Kobe and Ryan.. They were extremely nice, extremely helpful. Told me what they were doing they knew that I had no clue what I was doing. They let me know what else needed to be taken care of. I can take care of that time. Both of them interact with me both of them were kind and helpful and listened.

Cassidy was amazing! They were about to close, but he still managed to get me in for a last-minute oil change because I’m leaving for a trip tomorrow. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I’m so grateful! Take 5 is the best—they’re open until 8:00 p.m., which was a lifesaver since everywhere else was already closed. Thank you so much again, Cassidy!

Ryan at Take 5 Oil change did a great job changing the oil and filter on my Mercedes E350 today. Had me in and out super fast and checked the other fluids as well. Highly recommend Take 5.

Came here yesterday for an oil change. They did not reinstall my skid plate correctly. Minor bumps on the highway and now it’s completely bent and needs replaced. Why trust them with anything vehicle related after that. These pictures are after I pushed it back up since they left it hanging out of place.

Bought the most expensive oil change, no issues there. Was told that my coolant was very low. Looked at the sign that said fluid top off is free for coolant and power steering. Was then told they would not top off my coolant unless I spent $185 for a coolant flush first. No thanks, will be going elsewhere in the future
